Security Guard Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring:

   • Be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and first aid procedures.
   • Assist in evacuating individuals during an emergency, ensuring a safe and orderly process.
   • Participate in regular drills and training sessions to stay current with safety and security protocols.
5. Customer Service:
   • Provide a high level of customer service, assisting staff, visitors, and tenants with inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

6. Risk Prevention and Threat Analysis:

7. Documentation and Record Keeping:

   • Ensure that all security equipment, keys, and vehicles are accounted for and properly secured at the end of each shift.
8. Vehicle and Parking Lot Security:

9. Collaboration with Local Authorities:

10. Shift and Site Management:
