Role Summary: Warehouse General Helper
As a Warehouse General Helper, you’ll keep goods moving smoothly from receiving to dispatch. You’ll support picking, packing, loading, sorting, scanning, labeling, and housekeeping tasks while following safety and quality standards. Training is provided for all tasks; motivation and reliability matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Unload containers and delivery trucks safely using basic MHE (after training)
- Sort, scan, and label inbound and outbound shipments accurately
- Pick items according to pick lists and pack them for dispatch
- Assist with putaway, replenishment, and order staging areas
- Count stock during cycle counts and full inventory checks
- Keep aisles clear; maintain clean, safe workstations and common areas
- Follow SOPs for fragile, hazardous, or temperature‑sensitive items (where applicable)
- Report damages, discrepancies, and near‑miss safety incidents immediately
- Support returns processing and basic kitting/assembly tasks

- You’re comfortable using a handheld scanner (training provided)
- Basic English for reading labels and instructions (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus)
Minimum Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends/holidays when required
- Valid UAE ID/visa or eligibility to obtain (company‑sponsored when applicable)
Nice to Have
- Basic computer literacy (WMS familiarity is a bonus)
- Forklift / Reach Truck exposure (trainee roles possible, subject to policy)
